Avia-Tek will evaluate the client’s existing sales strategy and performance. Taking into consideration the strengths and competitive advantage of the client’s current position in the market, Avia-Tek will develop a new strategy and action plan to improve sales.

Following the development of the action plan, the client has the option to use the sales and business development services of Avia-Tek in order to execute those action items. Alternatively, the client could follow up on its own or request Avia-Tek to train the existing sales team so the core competency is developed internally.
